Joining Us

Anyone with an interest in woodturning can apply to become a member of the GVWG.

Benefits include:
  • The opportunity to expand the knowledge of our craft through interaction with other members.
  • Monthly club newsletters (containing tips and other useful information).
  • Seminars and demonstrations.
  • Access to the Guild Library of videos, books and magazines

Membership dues are $40.00 per year which covers: Hall rentals, insurance, newsletters and other items. Memberships are renewable in September of each year. Membership applications processed after February 1st will be charged on a pro-rated basis (i.e., $20.00 for the rest of the Guild year).

Prospective members can join prior to the start of each meeting and during coffee break.

The GVWG is a volunteer organization, we encourage all members to become actively involved. GVWG members have the opportunity to participate in various functions and serve on committees, should they wish to do so.
